Email / Newsletter Sign Up
Guests can sign up for email marketing special offers and hotel news updates via the website, at check-in, via guest feedback cards and by contacting the hotel.
Revinate
Sandymount Hotel uses Revinate, a leading Marketing Automation and CRM solution built specifically for hotels. It is integrated with the hotel PMS system Hotsoft. Using state of the art technology, Rich Guest Profiles are created as Revinate integrates guest data from the PMS (Hotsoft).
Through Revinate you will receive pre-arrival emails with information about your stay and that are also used to remind you of your stay. Post-stay surveys are also sent to all check-out guests requesting feedback on your stay. It is not compulsory to fill these out. Post Stay emails are sent to guests who have stayed at the hotel within the last 12 months. These are sent as guests have shown intent and interest in Sandymount Hotel and they enable Sandymount Hotel to maximise on customer service. Receivers of emails can unsubscribe at any time through the email or by contacting Sandymount Hotel.
Sandymount Hotel uses Revinate to send email marketing offers and news. These will be sent to you when you have requested this activity and have given consent to receiving emails. Emails will also continue to be sent to emails that have been in the database prior to 25th May 2018 and have been receiving emails over the last year. There is an unsubscribe feature on all these emails.
Sandymount Hotel sends online surveys to all guests 2 days after check-out at 11am. A thank you email is also sent to any guests who complete the survey. These surveys are used for customer service.

From October 2018 Sandymount Hotel will be working in partnership with Sojern, a travel audience engagement platform that delivers marketing and media solutions, predictive advertising technology, distribution, monetization and insights products for global travel conglomerates and independent providers specialising in the airline, hotel, car, railway and tourism categories (Sojern Products). The information Sojern collects and uses in connections with Sojern Products, provides Sandymount Hotel with the tools to market to potential customers.
When a customer who books a bedroom at Sandymount Hotel through a Sojern advertisement for Sandymount Hotel, Sandymount Hotel gives Sojern a commission on that reservation. Sandymount Hotel and Sojern will only share the reservation number and rate of the booking in order for this commission to be paid - no other guest information will be shared.
